Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting service from We Come 2 You Notary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What we provide
We are a nationwide mobile notary company. We send a state-commissioned notary public to your location. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. A notary cannot tell you what document to sign, explain legal effect, or draft documents.
3. Quotes and payment
You receive a flat, all-in quote by phone before we go. That quote covers travel and the notarial acts described at the time of quoting. Additional signatures, documents, locations, printing, or waiting time not disclosed at quoting may change the price; we will tell you before proceeding. Rush and after-hours service is priced as a premium service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Your responsibilities
- Every signer must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.
- Do not sign the documents before the notary arrives.
- Signers must be present, aware, and willing. A notary must refuse service if a signer cannot be identified, appears coerced, or lacks capacity.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your documents and for any witnesses your document requires (we can arrange witnesses on request).
5. Cancellations and refusals
If we arrive and the appointment cannot be completed for reasons within your control (no valid ID, signer unavailable, document not ready, refusal under notary law), a travel fee may still apply. Cancel as early as possible to avoid charges.
6. Accuracy guarantee
If a notarization we perform is completed incorrectly due to our notary's error, we will correct it at no cost or refund the service fee for that notarization. The guarantee covers the notarial act itself, not the content, validity, or acceptance of your underlying document by a third party.
7. Arrival times
One-hour arrival reflects typical performance in most service areas. Traffic, weather, facility access rules, and rural distance can affect timing. Our dispatcher will give you a realistic ETA on the call.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any appointment is limited to the fees you paid for that appointment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed deadlines or closing delays.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
